The following are commission options given to our agents:

Option 1:  Pay - $375.00 flat fee per month & $195.00 E&O fee per closed transaction

Option 2:  Pay - $575.00 per closed transaction fee & $195.00 E&O fee per transaction

Option 3:   Our Mentorship Program is designed to teach Associate Licensee the art of obtaining      

                       residential listings    

                       through hands-on training, including:

                      📞 Auto Dialing Systems      🗣 Script Role Playing 

                      💬 Advanced Objection Handling      🤝 Negotiation Skills      ⏳Time Management

                      Once Licensee feels prepared, the Associate can choose from the available flat fee options. 

We support our agents in the following ways:
Get paid directly from escrow- Same day Payment on Closed Transactions
Part-Time/ Full-Time, Work from home, private office; Net Branching Allowed
Broker and Administrative Support
In-House Escrow
In-House Loan Officer and Notary
HUD Approved
Notary Public Available
No Mandatory Meetings
Office Workstations Available for Agent Use
